Remove old loose roof coating and apply new roof coating to prolong the life of the rubber roof.

Cedar Roof

This is a roof we completed in Minneapolis. The house is in a historic preservation area which creates it own set of challenges. After some research we were able to convince the city and the historic preservation department to allow us to install a thicker CCA treated cedar shingle and a decorative but very functional ridge cap extending the roof life significantly.
